Overview
Verismart Software is a core technology provider dedicated to reducing the cost structure and advancing energy efficiency in information technology lab environments, data centers, service centers and business service ecosystems. To this end, we deliver and maintain sophisticated software components, virtual lab environments and mission critical service centers using behavioral discovery, storage and green IT resources.
vSim™, SmartLab™ and vBiz™ are the core software engines offered and utilized by Verismart and our community to discover and build these green software, service and system resources and environments.
Vision
The Verismart Vision is focused on the following:
1) Use smart network appliance access-points to discover accurate, reusable behavioral-characteristic models of information technology hardware & software components, networked systems and services;
2) Leverage these as-built, referenceable and reusable assets, to construct green information technology resources;
3) Develop sophisticated environments, best-practice standards, measurement methods, processes and new technologies to improve data center performance;
4) Extend these energy efficient environments to construct and deliver synthetic software, systems and services for a more green information technology infrastructure.
5) And furthermore, Promote the adoption and provide the infrastructure and services for energy efficient standards, processes, measurements and technologies.

As we grow the base of certified SmartLab™ environments and software, system, service and device libraries from our Verismart community, this group will be the primary means to communicate and collaborate with our community.

The original technology and business model for Verismart was developed over the last twenty years from a strong understanding and emphasis on real-world information technology infrastructure environments. As a result, Verismart and vSim™, SmartLab™ and vBiz™ provide a practical approach to solving complex problems within the enterprise.
Incorporated in March, 2005, Verismart counts many large companies including T-Mobile, US Bank, Sprint, Cisco, Hewlett Packard, Intel, Intelligent Finance as customers.
Now Verismart is poised to discover, define and deliver green information technology assets across the industry.
